In Memoriam Gifts

In memoriam donations

You may make a donation to the Non-Smokers’ Rights Association in the memory of someone in three ways: by email, mail or telephone. We accept donations by cheque, VISA or MasterCard.

If you wish a tax receipt, you may help the NSRA by supporting the research and public education efforts of the NSRA’s charitable foundation, the Smoking and Health Action Foundation. Only donations to the Foundation will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Please provide us with the name of the person who passed away and whom you wish to honour, as well as your name and address of course. Select your preference of VISA or MasterCard. Give us the name on the card, the card number and its expiry date.

You can also telephone our Toronto office at (416) 928-2900 and provide the above information.

On our part, we will send a message of condolences and thanks acknowledging your in memoriam gift to the family or friends of the deceased. Please also include the name and address of the family or friend to whom this message should be sent.

Remember, if you wish to receive a tax receipt, please provide your name and address and remember to make any cheque payable to the Smoking and Health Action Foundation.
